Staff very unprofessional, food not available because they kept running out, wrong desserts, the list goes on & on. 40 minute wait for a `Booked` table, only then to wait another 20mins in queue for Carvery but NO veg left when we reached the front, We left at that stage, enough is enough, a complete Calamity !!! ... `Donna` is a candidate for re-training her attitude & glares made us feel very uncomfortable, like we had no right to be there although we had booked & our presence was an inconvenience !!!
